Can I freeze your pies?
Many of the pies I make can be frozen but some are better if they are frozen before they are baked. So, if you want a pie that you are planning on putting in the freezer let me know.
Do you make gluten free pies?
Unfortunately, no, it's not possible. Given the amount of flour we use on a daily basis and the tiny size of our kitchen, it would be impossible to keep the gluten free pies gluten free.

How do I bake a 'Ready to Bake' pie?
Do Not Thaw!
Poke several (6 to 8) vent holes in the top crust with a sharp knife.
Bake from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Since everyone's oven is different, the times specified are approximate.

Do I have to pre-order?
No, you don't, but since all of our baking is made from scratch in small batches, without any preservatives, quantities of any given item on any day are limited. We therefore strongly recommend that you place an order to avoid disappointment.

Do you deliver?
Free delivery service is currently available for wholesale and restaurant customers only within Old Ottawa South, the Glebe, Alta Vista and Ottawa Center with a minimum order of $60.00
Special arrangements may be required for large or specialized orders, please call us to discuss your requirements.
Do you take requests?
We'll definitely consider them, and do our best to satisfy, but a lot depends on the price and availability of ingredients.
You can check the Pie Chart to get an idea of some of the pies we have made in the past.
